It provides year-round structure with minimal maintenance.
Flowers:
Small, star-shaped purple flowers with yellow stamens appear in spring and summer, followed by small decorative blue berries. While not the main feature, they add a soft, seasonal accent.
Foliage:
Fine, strappy, evergreen leaves form neat, dense clumps. The foliage is rich green and holds its colour year-round, even in dry or exposed conditions.
Fruit:
Small, rounded, bright blue berries may follow flowering, adding a subtle pop of colour.
Form & Size:
Compact, clumping form growing approximately 40cm high and 40cm wide. Maintains a tidy shape without spreading.

Soil: Prefers well-drained soil but tolerates a wide range of conditions including clay, sandy, and loamy soils.
