At iLandscape, we make plant delivery easy and cost-effective – no matter where you are in South East Queensland. If your delivery area isn’t listed at checkout, just reach out. We’ll happily provide a custom quote based on your order size and the most efficient way to ship it.

📦 How We Price Deliveries

Our standard delivery rates at checkout are based on a per trolley rate. In some cases, if your order exceeds a single trolley, we can switch to a per pallet rate for better value. Simply add your items to the cart and contact us before finalising – we’ll let you know the most economical delivery option available.

🚛 Delivery Examples

Here’s a guide to how many plants typically fit on a single trolley or pallet:

Trolley Capacity (Nursery Trays)

  • 12–15 nursery trays per trolley (depending on plant height)

  • Each tray can hold:

    • 12 x 140mm plants

    • 5 x 200mm plants

    • 3 x 250mm plants

Pallet Capacity

  • 13 x 400mm pots

  • 25 x 300mm pots

  • 40 x 250mm pots

  • 60 x 200mm pots

We also offer mixed pallet and trolley loads, carefully packed using large plants on the base and smaller ones fitted in around them to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.

📍 Important Notes

  • All deliveries are kerbside only

  • We use specialised plant couriers to ensure plants are cared for during transit

  • Pots are shipped at pallet rates

  • Steel garden edging is delivered separately via a different courier

  • Once your order is placed, we’ll call to confirm and discuss the best shipping method
